HOW I WORK

My coaching is built around clarity, structure, and long-term improvement.
Golfers come to me with very different goals, so rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, I work across a number of clearly defined pathways.

You can enter at different points, depending on what you want to achieve.

1. Assessments & Performance Reviews

Assessments are the foundation of my work and are recommended for any golfer who wants clear direction rather than trial and error.

They are designed to:

  • identify the true limiting factors in your game

  • establish realistic priorities

  • provide a clear plan for improvement

Assessments may include:

  • studio-based analysis and technology

  • movement and impact evaluation

  • short-game and scoring patterns

  • where appropriate and logistically possible, on-course observation

Assessments are recommended, but not mandatory.
They are required for structured programs and elite performance work.

Assessments are billed according to time at the applicable hourly rate.

2. Adult Recreational & Once-Off Coaching

This pathway is ideal for:

  • recreational golfers

  • improving club golfers

  • beginners

  • visitors and short-term stays

Sessions can be:

  • once-off or occasional

  • shared (e.g. couples or friends)

  • focused on specific areas such as driving, short game, or on-course play

Group sessions are particularly effective for:

  • short-game work

  • on-course coaching

  • value-focused improvement in a relaxed environment

Rates
• Members: R930 (60 minutes)
• Guests: R1,100 (60 minutes)

3. Structured Adult Programs

Structured programs are designed for golfers who want consistency, accountability, and measurable progress.

Programs:

  • are created after an assessment

  • follow a clear timeline

  • focus on long-term improvement rather than isolated fixes

Programs are not discounted lesson bundles.
They are built around structure, planning, and continuity.

Program options and rates are discussed after assessment.

4. Juniors & Students

Juniors

Junior coaching follows a pathway-based approach to ensure appropriate development and avoid burnout.

Juniors are placed into one of three pathways:

  • Junior Development – foundational skills and enjoyment

  • Junior Performance – competitive focus and structured progression

  • Elite Junior – invitation-only, long-term performance pathway

All junior pathways begin with an assessment.

Students

Student coaching is available for university-age golfers.

  • Once-off sessions are available

  • Structured programs are recommended for serious improvement

  • Elite student pathways are by invitation

Student rates and program options are discussed individually.

5. Elite Players, Tour Players & Coach Work

This pathway is reserved for:

  • tour professionals

  • elite amateurs

  • high-performance juniors

  • coaches and federations seeking consultation

Work in this category is:

  • program-based or outcome-based

  • highly individual

  • discussed privately

These services are not listed publicly and are offered by discussion or invitation.

6. European Course Licence (Platzreife)

The European Course Licence (Platzreife) is required to play golf in Germany and many other European countries.

This is offered as a structured program, not hourly lessons, and includes:

  • technical preparation

  • short-game competence

  • rules and etiquette

  • on-course readiness

The licence can be completed:

  • individually

  • as a couple

  • or in small groups

Structure and pricing are provided on enquiry.
